Kikoy are traditional rectangular woven cloths from the East African coast made primarily of 100% pure long-staple combed cotton. They are celebrated for being lightweight, breathable, and highly durable, making them ideal for the tropical climate. The vibrant stripes and patterns of a kikoi are woven directly into the fabric. 

A signature feature is the hand-knotted or rolled fringe at the ends of the cloth, traditionally finished by local artisans.
